Dear Friends,
The Valois tapestries restorations have come to an end! This is the final report of the work on the last of the tapestries, which those of you who took part in our Weekend could see with their own eyes in the laboratories at Villa La Pietra. You must be more than proud of completing this years-long extraordinary project.
The Florentine Weekend was a boost to optimism and a very deeply-felt moment of joyful reunion and renewed connection, after the past difficult months. I do hope nothing will interfere with our future plans and I am looking forward to seeing you again in January, to renew our ties of friendship and strengthen our commitment.
